Martus

Need a better way to manage your budget process that will not break the bank? If so, Martus may be what you need. Martus is a simple to use, relatively inexepensive solution that will allow you to escape using Excel as your budgeting tool. Martus will not only aid you in managing the budget process, it also has financial reporting, personnel budgeting and allocations. The user interface is easy to use and the implementation timeline is about a month.  The solution is web based and available as a yearly subscription.  Security is pretty good and you can restrict budget contributors to be able to see just the areas that they manage. Martus integrates well with many accounting and ERP systems including Blackbaud, Intacct, MIP, and several others. Systems that Martus does not have a direct integration for, can be integrated with using file import\export functionality.
